    • Expand career & technical education programs

    • Consistently implement restorative practices across the district

    • Increase student engagement and decrease time out of the classroom through suspensions

    • Create stability and predictability for our staff

    • Continue the positive trend for working conditions

    • Increase staff pay to reward years of service and ensure everybody is able to live in the community they serve

    • Focus on fiscal responsibility

    • Improve quality of our learning facilities

    • Build towards a sustainable future

    • Work alongside other districts to advocate for the resources and policies our schools deserve
